Shipping Info

We send orders via Royal Mail. Due to current order volumes we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1-3 days and they should be with you in 2-10 working days. We'll let you know when your order has been dispatched. If you’d like a speedier or signed for service please get in touch before you place your order.

If you suspect a lost delivery please contact us quoting your name, order number and full address and we will look into it for you straight away.


During COVID-19 it may take a little longer for orders to arrive. Royal Mail is still operating but with a reduced staff and has put additional measures in place for safeguarding. We’re noticing delivery services are taking twice as long as expected. Read more about what they’re up to here.

All UK orders over £30 receive free shipping.

Europe & International

Tene Edwards ships internationally via Royal Mail. The price is calculated by the weight of the items at checkout. We charge for packaging at cost. Deliveries usually take 5-10 working days during normal posting conditions to arrive but can take up to one month. You may be charged a fee by your local customs office on arrival.

We want you to be happy with your items. If you're dissatisfied please contact us at info@teneedwards.com to arrange a return, exchange or refund within 10 working days of receiving your order. All items will need to be unopened in their original packaging in saleable 'as new' condition.

We recommend sending your unwanted items back via recorded delivery or obtain proof of postage as we cannot refund products damaged or lost in transit. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage.

Under the United Kingdom’s Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order before the point it has been dispatched and obtain a full refund. If you want to do this please contact us as soon as possible - info@teneedwards.com

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
